Leading in Engineering & Construction: I spent 23 years at an Architectural and Engineering Firm (1995-2018), managing a division responsible for EPC projects that generated $80 million annually.

Building Large-Scale Projects: Since 2018, I've been with a major Construction Firm, managing teams and projects across the spectrum, from smaller-scale endeavors to multi-billion dollar ventures.

Entrepreneurial Experience: I've also walked the path of an entrepreneur, launching ShaneMillerART.com (2012-present) and handling everything from lead generation and marketing to sales.

Early Influences: My upbringing in a blue-collar family business instilled in me the values of hard work and dedication. From hands-on labor to company discussions at the dinner table, this environment shaped my character and work ethic. Also, having served in the Army and holding an Architectural Graphics degree from CMSU, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the table.

Here are my vision and goals, as an example for you.

As a seasoned professional nearing eligible retirement, I have pondered the future and what interests me. I am passionate about helping small business owners achieve their goals.

Vision: To provide personalized guidance and mentorship to entrepreneurs who are committed to personal and professional growth.  This will provide purpose and drive beyond myself, well into retirement, which will also sustain my physical and mental health.

Goal (short term): Establish a select group of clients and offer part-time consulting services as a side hustle. This will allow me to gain valuable experience, build my network, and determine the feasibility of transitioning to full-time consulting in the future.

Goal (long term): Expand my client base and establish a successful consulting practice. Also, balance my professional pursuits with personal interests and enjoy a rewarding retirement.
